In today’s world, the ability to manage and influence people from different cultures is key to leaders. In this workshop we explore how intercultural competence can help you manage cultural diversity, bridging and benefitting from cultural differences in your team.

• What is culture and how does it affect expectations and interpretations of leadership?
• What cultural values and attitudes influence how we understand leadership: hierarchy and status, focus on group/individual, rules, risk, trust, feedback, competition, communication style, approach to information etc
• How can I adapt my leadership approach and style while also creating shared frameworks for collaboration?
• How can I harness the benefits of having a culturally diverse team?
