We’re excited to share our recent collaboration with Air France and KLM’s North European and CIS region on two impactful initiatives designed to enhance intercultural understanding within their organization.

The journey began with a half-day leadership workshop in Stockholm, led by our expert intercultural trainer, Kristina Roppelt. Together, we explored how cultural values influence leadership, decision-making, and communication. Through interactive discussions, participants gained valuable insights into leading effectively in a multicultural environment.

Following the workshop, we hosted a global webinar for their broader team, connecting employees worldwide. This session delved into how cultural differences shape collaboration and offered practical strategies to navigate these dynamics effectively.

What inspired us most was KLM’s dedication to fostering inclusion and leveraging intercultural skills to build stronger connections and drive innovation.

We’re proud to support Air France and KLM on their journey toward embracing cultural diversity and creating a more inclusive workplace.
