This month, we joined the annual gathering of all 27 European Diversity Charters, hosted by Diversity Charter Sweden at the EU Commission Representation in Stockholm.
Our colleagues Maja Warnstam Brogi and Jenny Hoefliger shared our expertise on intercultural competence, highlighting the workshop we delivered for the Lithuanian Diversity Charter to support their mentorship programme for migrants and refugees entering the labour market.
Did you know? The European Diversity Charters form the world’s largest official D&I network, uniting 27 national charters, 17,500+ organisations, and over 17 million employees across Europe, all committed to inclusive workplaces.
We’re proud to be part of this community and contribute to its mission.
