This May, in celebration of UNESCO World Day for Cultural Diversity for Dialogue and Development and EU Diversity Month, we invite you to join our annual free, open virtual Intercultural Storytelling Event.

In our work with organisations worldwide, we see how working across cultures can lead to new ideas, better solutions, and stronger ways of working together. But there is one key factor: it only works when cultural differences are truly recognised. While we often focus on what we have in common, our experience shows that real value lies in embracing our differences.

During this one-hour virtual event, storytellers from different parts of the world will share real-life experiences of turning cultural differences into strengths at work. Through their stories, you’ll learn how to harness the power of diverse perspectives in your organisation.
