Meet B.R.I.D.G.E. – A step-by-step guide to navigating intercultural interactions

In our intercultural training programmes, we don’t stop at awareness and understanding – we focus on turning intercultural knowledge into practical skills.

That’s why we develop our own tools to support participants beyond the training room.

This year, we’re introducing B.R.I.D.G.E., a 6-step guide for navigating intercultural interactions, now included in all our intercultural trainings. It brings together the key concepts covered throughout the training, turning them into a clear, actionable and memorable guide participants can use in real intercultural situations.

By supporting the shift from insight to application, B.R.I.D.G.E. helps participants respond more effectively in situations that may cause confusion, misunderstanding or potential clashes, and invites them to explore the value that cultural differences can bring.
